What Brought Me To This Work?

I have years of education, experience and training in health, wellness, nutrition and fitness. My secret interest has always been anti-aging and prevention of disease and overcoming anxiety. Sharing some of what I have learned along the way is my personal pleasure and journey to help others. Assisting my clients with optimal vitality personal coaching techniques is joyful to me. A feeling of more positive energy is key to getting you back on track. Personally, I discovered that the best way to deal with stress for me, was to take a walk in nature or to be active. I taught aerobic classes for many years and I was the co-owner of a local health club specializing in health, weight loss techniques to obtain optimal wellness. Working with a local chiropractor taught me new concepts in non-invasive wellness treatments. My mission is to teach people to live authentically and to discover their life purpose is by listening to their own intuitive knowingness. Loving who they are no matter what. Not allowing anyone to take that away. Currently, by developing personal action plans we can discover hidden talents and road blocks that are holding you back. My secret passions are epi-genetics, age reversing, fasting, lifestyle balancing, weight-loss and spiritual awareness. I am filled with ideas and expertise that I want to share with anyone who will listen.

What Makes Me Smile?
What makes me smile is when one of my clients has a life changing decision to make and they get quiet and see what the end result looks like to them. Then they get enough courage to act on what they visualize. By making baby step changes he or she gradually reaches their target. Sometimes the goal post changes along the way. They travel down an entirely different new path. When you discover how to be more open and not repeating the same patterns you can create a new way of living. A life more blissful. When that happens your outcome turns out to be far better than you originally imagined.
