Many traditions use the Shamanic journey to access different levels of consciousness. We will use a guided meditative journeying technique to journey to the lower world and connect with our animal, totems and spirit guides. You never know who will show up it’s always a surprise!
This method of journeying can be used by anyone for healing, insight or spiritual guidance. No experience required.
We will start with opening sacred space – followed by a quick lesson on journeying – a lower world journey – then a discussion afterwards.
