Do you love animals? Is there an animal that crosses your path often? Is there a message you’re missing? Join me on Wednesday, January 21 on zoom as we explore the world of animal spirit guides, and totems through shamanic journeying and discussion.
Do you have a Spirit Animal or Totem working with you as you move through the beginning of 2026? Many traditions use the Shamanic journey to access different levels of consciousness. We will use a guided meditative journeying technique to journey to the lower world and connect with our animal, totems and spirit guides. You never know who will show up it’s often a surprise!
This method of journeying can be used by anyone for healing, insight or spiritual guidance. No experience required.We will start with opening sacred space – followed by a quick lesson on journeying – a lower world journey – then a discussion afterwards.
