Join me for an evening of deep rest, energetic realignment, and soothing crystal frequencies. During this hour-long sound bath, the crystal singing bowls work with the body’s energy field to release stagnation, calm the nervous system, and restore inner harmony. Each bowl is tuned to a different chakra, offering a gentle “frequency upgrade” that supports healing, balance, and clarity.
This session is open to everyone — no experience needed. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and blanket to stay cozy and supported.
The session is being held at Circle of Health, Niagara Falls @circleofhealth3331. (More details will be provided to participants upon registration.)
