Seeking Alignment: True Stories from Canadian Lightworkers and Healers shares the journeys of women who answered the quiet call of their soul. Through heartbreak, illness, loss, and awakening, they discovered strength, faith, and the courage to live in alignment with who they truly are.
When clinical hypnotist and mindset coach Tracy Beach began her spiritual journey, she found herself deeply moved by the stories of others who walked similar paths — lightworkers, healers, and intuitive guides who had each discovered their calling in a way that felt guided, rather than planned. Unlike traditional careers, few people set out in high school or university to become a Reiki Master, psychic medium, shamanic healer, or hypnotist. These paths seem to call us when the time is right, often through challenge, loss, or transformation. Tracy was always fascinated by how people came to do what they do, and yet rarely had the time to truly hear their story. She wished there was a way to gather those stories together and share the beauty, pain, and wisdom that lives within each journey.
That wish became a clear vision in May 2025, after doing a radio interview with Liz Throp on her show, Psychic Hour on 4880Q.com. Following the show, Tracy shared with Liz the dream she had of creating a book that would tell the stories of how healers and lightworkers found the way to their calling. Their shared energy fed this idea, and within month this idea blossomed into a project connecting Canadian women from coast to coast — eighteen powerful voices, each with a story to tell.
What began as a curiosity about how people became healers soon revealed something much deeper.
