For as long as I can remember, I have always had an innate desire to help people. Even as a child, I felt deeply for people and animals, often getting swept up in others’ emotions and feeling them as my own. I later recognized this to be the definition of an empath. As a child I also experienced premonitions and visions of situations before they happened and would share my insights with close family members. I had the privilege of spending 12 years working as an Educational Assistant with children who have special needs. This experience helped me to recognize that I am a healer at heart and I knew that I needed to put more of a focus on it. I began meditating, which was the catalyst for my spiritual journey, and a lot changed thereafter. I began providing readings for people and sharing healing messages with them from spirit. I became interested in energy healing and my Reiki healing journey began. I am fortunate to have been mentored by Tracy Kennedy, ‘The Empath Guide.’ Her empath mentorship courses were paramount in helping me to further develop and embrace my psychic and healing abilities. I am a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Accredited Meditation Coach and an Accredited Angelic Healing Practitioner.
Reiki With Intuitive Insights (In person and Remote)
Reiki is a form of energy healing used alongside conventional medical treatment. Energy healing helps to balance and restore the body. I use a combination of light touch and ‘hovering hands’ to activate the natural healing process. Energy healing can be beneficial for physical ailments, relaxation, stress reduction, anxiety, depression, grief, and overall physical, mental and emotional wellness. I pick up on energy from the chakras and bring attention to the areas that may need more balance. I relay this as well as insights conveyed to me by spirit during your session.
•In-Person Reiki Session: 1 Hour Session including intuitive insights
•Virtual Reiki Session: 40 minute virtual session

Angelic Healing Session (In-person and remote)
This is a healing session in which I invoke four archangels: Uriel, Michael, Raphael and Gabriel. Uriel brings the divine gifts of grounding: light, creativity and balance in the mental plane. Michael brings the divine gifts of the element of fire: protection, faith and strength. Raphael brings the divine gifts of air: healing, love and joy. Gabriel brings the divine gifts of the element of water: wisdom, guidance and emotional balance. This session allows you to receive love, light and healing messages from these high vibrational beings.
•In-person sessions are 45 minutes including insights.
